Description:Home 11 was initially a home for boys and was located opposite the clock tower on the right hand side of the Gardens. It was one half of a semi-detached unit – Appledore being the other half.

By 1948, Home 11 had accommodation for 18 boys and girls. From 1949, it became known as Trelawn.

By 1979, it had only 11 beds.

Trelawn children's home closed at the end of 1980 or the beginning of 1981.
