Description:Backing paper annotated with: 'A scene in "O" Block Top (later called O.B.Third) where "Mayfair" and other Grade 2 lines were packed'.

The composition of this image is similar to Frederick Taylor’s design for <a href="http://www.search.suburbanbirmingham.org.uk/engine/resource/default.asp?resource=1778">Bournville Work and Play</a> published in 1926.
