Description:This certificate was awarded to Amelia Drew, an employee of Cadbury, after seventeen years service. It was awarded on the fifth of April 1930. Amelia Drew began working for the company in 1913, and as a ‘junior’ employee, she was required to attend a Day Continuation School. It was a requirement as part of their terms of employment that all girls and boys under the age of eighteen attended compulsory classes one half day per week.<small><sup>1</sup></small>
