Description:This certificate was awarded to Amelia Drew, an employee of Cadbury, after seventeen years service. It was awarded on the fifth of April 1930. It was a requirement as part of their terms of employment that all girls and boys under the age of eighteen attended compulsory classes one half day per week.<small>1</small>
