Description:This illustration shows a view of the church on one side and St George’s school on the other side. The railings separate these buildings from the road. The railings remain on this site, but they separate the school and St George’s Post 16 Centre now. The picture also shows that a road separates the church however there is no road now. It is the entrance into the park now which leads to various exit points around Newtown.
