Description:Further fund raising enabled a Peace Garden to be built which would enable the local community to spend time in and simply enjoy the peace. It was in memory of Letisha Shakespeare and Charleene Ellis, the young ladies who were killed due to gun crime. This event again brought great media attention to the Centre as it was opened by Sir Trevor McDonald and Beverly Knight sang at the opening ceremony.
