Description:This home was built to replace the children's home on St Athan Croft.

Built in partnership with the Castle Vale Housing Action Trust, it was designed to have rooms for eight children aged between 12 and 16.

Shortly after it opened in 2004 the children's home on St Athan Croft was demolished.

According to the Birmingham Evening Mail (2nd April 2004) the new home was 'for young people who have had difficult experiences and need emotional support and guidance. They will attend either mainstream or special school and have specialist trained staff to turn to when they need help.'
