Description:The Battle of Crecy was the subject of Episode III. This was because ‘of the 1,200 English men-at-arms who fought at Crecy, 4 in every 100 held lands within the sound of the bells of St. Martin, and many more were closely related to Henry de Bermingham and his nephew Fulk, the owner and the heir of the Manor of Birmingham in 1346’.
